This low sugar version of ice-cream tastes great yet with a fraction of the sugar of regular ice-cream. The extra toppings make it a favourite with all the family.

  • 30 ml double cream
  • 50 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon xylitol
  • 2 tablespoon whipped cream
  • 60 gram Atkins advantage chocolate decadence bar

In medium mixing bowl, add double cream, almond milk, sweetener (to taste), vanilla, and salt. Whisk together well. Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturer instructions.
When frozen, chop the Chocolate Decadence bar into bitesize chunks and place into a sundae dish, top with ice-cream and whipped cream.
